Where do I meet KEYPORT at Brisbane Airport?
Exact meeting instructions and the designated handover area will be confirmed with your booking when reservations open.
What happens to my vehicle while I am away?
KEYPORT drives it back to your home after you leave for your trip. It remains at your home until we retrieve it for your return handover at the airport.
How do I give KEYPORT access to my home or parking area?
Access to your vehicle and its parking space will need to be agreed before the service. The process for keys, gates or restricted parking will be confirmed before bookings open.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The process for flight changes, delays and revised handover times will be confirmed before bookings open. Delay handling and any applicable conditions will be explained before you book.
Can I use the service for domestic and international flights?
The service is intended for travellers using Brisbane Airport. Terminal-specific availability and meeting arrangements will be confirmed before you book.
